As a bit of a throwback to my days as a techie, I created a few iPhone Apps over the Christmas break in 2011.
This endeavour was partly bourne out of frustration and partly just to see whether I could. The frustration was that for a few years I had several ideas of Apps that I would like to have on my iPhone, but I couldn't find anyone willing to help me develop them (no doubt because I couldn't afford to pay them to do it).
So I figured it all out and in January 2012 I released three Apps via iTunes; a CSS calculator for swimmers, a race modelling calculator for triathletes and a fancy stopwatch with stroke rate function for coaches.

Not long after creating those apps, I had a few ideas about how to improve the user interface and the functionality, I also got a bit of attention from a few big players, such as British Triathlon, Swim Smooth and Finis, all of whom were interested in helping me to develop apps for their members and customers!
So, with a new found imperative to develop my apps to a higher level of functionality and get them out to a wider audience I developed three more Apps; an all new and improved version of the CSS App, an App for aspiring GB Age Groupers to help them work out whether they can qualify for the European and World Triathlon Championships and last but not least an App to help parents and coaches determine whether young triathletes meet the standards required for selection onto the British Triathlon Regional Academies and Olympic Talent Squad. This batch of Apps are all available with specific versions for iPhone and iPad (more functionality) and they're called Swimulator+, GBAgeGrouper & BTFTalentID respectively (you can click on the links to find them on iTunes.
